By accessing or using Asli Tools, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Asli Tools offers free online utilities such as document and image conversion, compression and editing helpers, text tools, calculators, QR tools, and related utilities.

Most tools run in your browser. A smaller set uses secure server processing or optional AI features, and those tools are labeled on their pages.

We may add, change, or remove tools or features at any time.

You may use Asli Tools for lawful personal, educational, and business purposes. You are responsible for the files, text, and data you process. Do not use the Service in ways that break the law, harm others, overload our systems, bypass security or credit limits, or disrupt the site.

You can use many tools without an account. Guests typically receive a limited number of free file conversions per day (currently 20), based on technical signals such as IP address. Creating a free account unlocks unlimited daily conversions while you remain signed in, subject to fair use and abuse prevention.

If you create an account or use Google sign-in, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity on your account. We may suspend or limit access for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

Account emails (such as verification messages) may be sent through our email provider.

Asli Tools owns or licenses the website design, branding, interface text, software, and other materials that make up the Service. You keep ownership of your own files and outputs. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your content so we can provide the tool you requested. That permission ends when processing finishes or temporary server copies are deleted.

Tools and results on Asli Tools are for general utility and information only. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

Always check important results yourself and, when needed, consult a qualified professional.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR FREEDOM FROM ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not promise that the Service will meet every need, stay available at all times, or that every error will be fixed. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ASLI TOOLS AND ITS AFFILIATES, TEAM MEMBERS, AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (if any) or (b) USD 100.

Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Asli Tools and its team from claims, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or others' rights.

Asli Tools is currently free to use. We may apply usage limits (such as guest daily conversion credits), file-size limits, or rate limits to keep the Service reliable and fair.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, change limits, or, if we ever introduce paid options in the future, update pricing with reasonable notice where required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites and services (for example analytics, ads, sign-in, AI features, or cloud file pickers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is between you and the third party.

We may suspend or end access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for other legitimate reasons such as security or legal compliance.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the place where Asli Tools is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.

If a dispute arises, try to resolve it with us first by contacting contact@aslitools.com. If that fails, disputes may be brought in a competent forum where Asli Tools is operated, unless your local consumer law requires another venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and post the new Terms on this page.

For significant changes, we may also show a notice on the website. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited as needed.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and (where available) the Cookies Policy, are the full agreement between you and Asli Tools about the Service and replace earlier agreements on the same subject.

If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
